The KGD - MQ - 505 on - line gas analysis system is designed for working conditions with high dust content in the sample gas. It consists of four parts: a sampling probe, a pretreatment unit, a control unit, and a gas analysis unit. The system adopts non - dispersive infrared (NDIR) gas analysis technology with independent intellectual property rights, which can continuously and simultaneously measure the volume concentrations and calorific values of multi - component gases such as CO, CO₂, CH₄, H₂, O₂, C₂H₂, C₂H₄, and CₙHₘ in real - time.
